NO ARBITRATOR OR COURT SHALL HAVE AUTHORITY TO:

  • OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

IF ANY PORTION OF THIS WAIVER IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINDER SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER
